How do I affiliate my school with SSFA?
Visit ssfa.online/affiliation/ and follow the registration form to create your account, add your school details, and pay the affiliation fee (or bundle it with your first competition entry). See the full guide for a walkthrough.
Can I enter more than one team into the same age group?
Yes. Add every team through your Competition Entry Basket. Each additional team is charged the standard entry fee for that competition, with no limit on how many you can add.
Can I remove a team from my basket before paying?
Yes. Click the remove (x) icon next to any item in your Competition Entry Basket before you check out. Nothing is charged until you confirm payment on the next screen.
Will I be charged the affiliation fee more than once?
No. It is added automatically only the first time your school checks out competition entries in a season. If you have already paid it, it is credited automatically and will not appear again.
How do I pay an invoice?
Go to My Invoices from your dashboard, open the invoice, and click Pay Now. All payments must be completed through the online system (card or Stripe instant bank payment) — we cannot accept offline bank transfers, as they require manual admin work to refund and reissue the invoice.
